The course is built to give an overview of RCM Methodology, based on RCM 2, and to give a kickstart to implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance practices, at asset intensive industries. Learning Objectives • Set a common understanding for what Reliability Centered Maintenance is, what it can be used for, which dangers can arise, and how to mitigate those. • Work through exercises on RCM to get real life skills in developing the analysis. • Get practical guidelines built on our experience implementing RCM programs for successful management of a RCM program, selection and training of facilitators, as well as reporting and follow up.
